Sometimes life gets disappointing or boring. What do you do to feel positive about your day and keep your spirits up?
I’ve heard just by saying “I feel great today” you actually will feel great. I really like the book “The Magic of Thinking Big” and “The Secret” for their attitude advice.
What are some things you do each day to lift your spirits and keep your energy high?

Look at it as an experience in your life rather than something that is bad. I myself have been through a lot however I feel a lot wiser for it and I know how to go about things differently if a situation come up again.

year or do you just take it as it comes at whatever pace you’re comfortable with? Do you really dig into each chapter and verse and use commentaries and other helps?
Personally, I have always set a goal to read the Bible cover to cover each year and have always achieved that goal. But recently, I started going to a Bible study and I realized how much more deeply they understand the Bible then I do. I’m thinking that in 2009 it would be good to set a goal of quality rather then quantity.

I would like some tips, because I’m a pretty depressed person. I know I should be happy, because many tell me I live a very blessed life.
