Good day!

This past few weeks really stressed me out. Being a third year BSE (Science major) student is really stressing. My body already wants to give up. There are the countless sleepless nights, paperworks, and lined-up exams. I’m sure that I’ll be more restless next semester.
I do time management but it seems like its not enough, I’m still loaded with lots of things to do, never-ending. Any advice or word from you would be so meaningful to me. How can I get rid of the tyring weeks and at the same time finish all the tasked that are needed to be done in time.

Hoping for your kind responses. Thank you so much.

I have diabetes, chronic fatigue, Sjogren’s Syndrome, and Celiac Disease….whew!….
I went through college and got my engineering degree and after that I have just been so sick that when I get work I just can’t keep up with it I have tried going back to school and getting a Master several times and I can’t keep up with that either.
The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating and I feel I have turned into this grumpy old lady (I’m 28) who just complains about how sick she is. The worst part is that I don’t really think I am that type of person. I used to be a very positive and vibrant person.
Now I have decided to try and regroup. So moved in with my parents and to take really good care of myself for a whole year so I can try to move on with my life once I have better health.
How can be more positive in this situation?

Deductions for health insurance consume so much of the average worker’s salary that they’ve basically eaten up our annual raises for the last several years in a row. Pretty soon they’re going to actually start driving our paychecks down!
I understand not supporting one specific bill or another, or having honest disagreements about proposed policies, but what kind of working person is happy that he gets to be “free” when that “freedom” means no more raises for the rest of his working career?

I am over weight, I want to lose weight, fat, and inches, and I think set a measurable goal for a healthier lifestyle would make this eaiser. The issue is that I am a big girl, I have substantial thighs (some due to fat, some due to big thigh muscles. Ive always had thick thighs from being a swimmer) I have BIG boobs (38DD) I have broad shoulders, I have hips, big hands big feet (11) I am not big boned, I am an amazon; simply large. I have very good blood pressure and pulse rate (especially for someone at my BMI), and I don’t eat too badly. How should I set a goal that takes into account my large size, I’m over weight, but the BMI calculator says I’m very close to grossly obese, I don’t look like a severely overweight person. I don’t think losing 60lbs is a reasonable goal. I am 5′ 8″ 242 lb.
This is not a question of HOW to lose weight, Ive started a decent exercise regimen, and I’m eating better and less. And I’m not on a diet, I’m just more conscientious of my lifestyle. I have begun to see signifigant results (I was 150 less a month ago)
How should a come up with a goal?

…..I don’t believe in luck. It’s an odd, useless word. But if you want good things to happen, you have to make them happen.
And a positive attitude helps. A positive attitude automatically points you towards more information, the kind of information that brings success – possibilities as well as limitations, advantages as well as disadvantages, benefits as well as costs, payoffs as well as risks, strengths as well as weaknesses, solutions as well as problems.
A positive attitude enables you to imagine the outcomes you want, as opposed to filling your mind with images of failure and trouble. How can you achieve your goals if you don’t have your goals clearly in mind? With the outcomes you desire in mind, you are more likely to think and do the things that will be required to achieve them. Making good things happen!
