It’s been my experience that attitudes in the workplace are most strongly influenced by two sources: The top levels; The natural leaders that become evident in any group of people.
If the people at the top don’t demonstrate at all times their genuine concern for health and safety, their lack of “sponsorship” will trickle down to the very lowest levels.
When people are brought together into a group certain individuals will, for whatever reason, emerge as leaders. The other members of the group will take on their attitudes and emulate their behaviors on many aspects of the workplace including health and safety.
If you want to effectively influence behavior of the group as a whole you can’t do it without the cooperation of those two sources.

You get in touch with your sub-conscious. Over the years we bury many many things in our sub-minds. We dont remember them and we keep pushing them down further.
Then we have disorders: sleep, eatting, depression
And we do not know why. The answer is in our locked minds. By opening up the mind we find the answers we need to change our lives for the better.
I am taking a self-discovery class right now. We are taught to get in touch with our feelings and how to grow spiritually.
Want to change your life you have to work on the ten commandments to a good life:
hope, love, faith, understanding, compassion, tolerance, patience, wisdom, forgiveness, courage.
Work on these if you want to improve yourself. Life is what you make it. Hynosis helps bring out the real you. We step out from behind the many masks we wear (perfect mother, perfect wife, pretty girl, strong, in control, shy, smart etc).
Then we can see the TRUE person we are.

Tomorow is saturday. Ill be up by 7 30, I want to make some goals to meet tomorow. like how much to eat, how much to exersice ,what exersise to do
Any suggestions?
Weathers bad so gyms and outdoor excersices are out

My boyfriend and I are both a little over weight, and we both have seperate bad habbits (his is mountain dew and mine is sugar in my coffee) neither of us really exersize enough either. Nothing big but it’d be good if we were both a little more fit. Is it weird or cheesy to ask him to set goals with me about not falling back into our bad habbits? Is it unreasonable to ask him to do this with me?
