I am not violent, i do not hit people. when i get mad or angry i feel my blood getting hot and i find it hard to sit still. I feel my tempature shoot up like i have a fever. I do not know if i need anger management

Yes, My wife is a feminist and I hardly ever have seen her angry, it is just not in her nature.
There is no way to put people in boxes based upon their beliefs or causes.
That is tantamount to saying all Muslims are terrorists when the truth is less than 1% are, or all Christians are fundamentalists who try to impose their beliefs on people, when only about 10-15% behave that way. They are just vocal and have more voice than they should.
Some feninists are angry and some are not some people who aren’t feminists are angry too.
I’m a minister and a Christian, but I also support gay rights, am pro-choice and have positions on many issues that are contrary to the vocal minority Christian view.
We can’t put people in boxes. We get really convoluted ideas about them and the world in general when we do.
