Affirmation 10 min in the morning and 10 min before bed.
State what you would like to be everyday for at least 30 days, such as “I can always find something to appreciate in every person, situation and condition.” After 30 days, you will start to notice “the change” for sure.
Why 30 days? Because the study has shown that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. :)

I’ve got mozilla sunbird, it’s alright, but I’m looking for similar/better applications to keep a bunch of appointments and dates organized. I saw ical on the Mac, and I really like that; is there a way to get that on a windows machine?

My room is a mess. I don’t have a problem with dirty clothes or anything, it’s more of a clutter thing. Everytime I come home from somewhere, I’ll just drop whatever I have onto my dresser, or my nightstand or something. Everything gets so messy, and I can never keep it organized. I also have a problem with putting away clean laundry, ha. I always just shove it in my dresser. It’s kind of strange too, because I’m probably the most organized person in the world, but I just can’t keep my room clean. Any tips? =)

I’m a sophomore in college, and this coming semester I’ll be living in a triple – a dorm room with 3 people living in it (me and two of my friends).
Any suggestions for how to decorate (inexpensively please!) and keep it organized with multiple people?
Thanks! :-)

what do you do when you are trying to keep a positive attitude that everything will be ok and everything will work out for the best and the person you are with opposes you in everyway by saying things are bad, very bad and not good and even gets mad at you for trying to keep a positive attitude??/..He just abosolutly opposes what you say as though he would almost rather be right than happy… how do you deal with this kind of person without letting him drag you down???and how do you keep a positive attitude when he feels so insulted because you trust everything will be ok… and second, why is he so angry because I dont agree with his negative attitude and why does he insist that I believe him.???.. I am almost afraid to trust because he will get mad at me
