I’m not bipolar, I don’t have schitzophrenia, but I have so much sadness and loss that I feel I can’t cope. I need to be happy or I worry I’ll just one day give up.

I’ve been single for a month. After the break up, I decided to go out with friends, and enjoy myself. That doesn’t seem to help since most of my friends have been two-facing me. I was hurt by this, and I even tried dating, and I was rejected.
I just don’t know how to take it or handle it. Help me, how do you be happy with yourself?

I think that people always want more than what they have. There is ALWAYS something else that we want. I personally believe that there’s nothing wrong with wanting more, but I think that we should also not let our “wants” make us forget what we have. So, my question is….How can a person just learn to be happy with what he or she has?

Law of attraction ( The Secret, Little Light on Spiritual Law by Diana Coopers) states that to materialize and manifest hearts desire (on the lines of Cosmic Connection) one has to think and good positively to raise vibrations. But one question I am interested to hear answered is HOW? How can someone who is down in the dumps, has no reason to think positively and with whom everything is going wrong can change this downward spin? How and where does one possibly begin to feel good? Temporary stuff does not work, like listening to music or going to movie- it is a more lasting, deeper peace and inner happiness that is needed to change the mindset to a positive thinking one, and optimistic one that I truly believe would lead to become a manifestor. Good advise and links helpful. Bless You.

I realise I’ve always been very negative. I also have a very congenial side – I make friends easily but when they get to know me they say I’m very cynical towards life. My family is/was like this. In the book “feel the fear and face it anyway” by Susan Jeffers she talks about a group of people who meet every day at 6:30 in the morning to encourage each other. How does one go about meeting such like minded people in London? I want to change my attitude to become positive, control my anger, pity, depressed nature, better life outlook? Any suggestions?
