Procrastination hurts everyone to some degree. I want to know how it affects people in their daily lives regarding school, work and personal matters including self development and relationships.
Does it prevent people from achieving heir goals, from even setting goals? Does it thwart business growth? Personal growth? How does it make people feel abut life, about themselves, about opportunities in life?

Focus on self improvement by focusing vigilantly on this present moment right now, do not concern yourself on ideas and fears about the future, nor constantly reminiscing about times gone. (There is no guarentee that we will finish living out this day, so we must make the most of every moment to make it count by helping others and spending time in contemplation and self research/study). Aim to bring about changes step by step, and when you do remember that these goals are often not going to bring lasting satisfaction, and failure may lead to sufferings. Goals must be achieved from within, such as conquering anger and greed.
