I weigh around 219 pounds or in stone aboue 15 and a half im around 5.6 in height
In 3 weeks how much weight can i realisticly loose?
I was going to cut down on carbs too
Also im a UK dress size 16-18
can i drop a dress size too?

Something that is healthy for me. I have heard that losing too much too fast is not good for you. My height is about 5’4, and although I carry it well and don’t really look it, my weight is about 216.

I’ve been overweight my whole adult life to some degree or another, so now that I’m dieting and exercising, how do I know what my goal is? I don’t know what I look like weighing 140, 150 or whatever. I don’t know what I look like as a size 10 or 12. And furthermore I don’t know if I would be willing to do what it takes to maintain the lifestyle of me in size 10.

i’ve been doing 50 mins 3 times of tae bo and 30 mins the other 2 days of a bike machine. First week was 6 pounds, then 3, then 2. I want to set a goal of 3 pounds this week, would i be able to attain this by upping my exercise?
19 male, 6 feet and now at 237. This is my 4th week exercising and watching cals.
