I am awful when it comes to time management. I can spend hours doing just about anything without realizing it. How do you get things done efficiently, not waste time, and become a good time manager? Please help! Thanks for your answers :)

I have a lot of books I need to finish reading, but in my free time I end up doing all sorts of other things, mostly wasteful. I used to be more organized as far as not letting things distract me. Now I just say “when I get around to it” I will do this and that, but the list keeps getting longer without so much getting done. Any tips?

Affirmation 10 min in the morning and 10 min before bed.
State what you would like to be everyday for at least 30 days, such as “I can always find something to appreciate in every person, situation and condition.” After 30 days, you will start to notice “the change” for sure.
Why 30 days? Because the study has shown that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. :)
