This isnt a beginner’s question really. I have a specific End goal to achieve – Loose 10 pounds Body fat and add 10 pounds muscle at the end of 6 months.
The problem is – how do I set Intermediate goals in between? Every month, I would be loosing some body fat and adding some muscle. This means I cannot use Weight as my measurement for smaller “monthly” goals towards my End goal.
Is there a very simple , measurable way of tracking how much fat has gone and how much muscle has been added each month?
