If you take anger management classes would this make you permanently ineligible for military service? If you are done with the course for say a year or so at the time you go to the recruiter would that be any better than if you were taking it while you spoke to the recruiters? Also if you are done with anger management is it possible to simply hide it during meps assuming you’re doing better?

I am happy, but people always say I am not and try to build my self esteem. They always organise things to help me. They just make it worse. When they are unable to, they get frustrated.
I want to do what makes me happy. I know if I am to have certain types of jobs I need to have a lot higher self esteem, but want to do what I want to do when I need to do it.
Why do people try and help so much?
