I want to lose weight, make over my appearance, set a general career path for myself and get a job, improve my marriage, get over my shyness and lack of self-confidence and get out of debt. I’ve decided that I want to start trying to accomplish all of those things starting tomorrow. Do I need to let some of those go by the wayside at least temporarily?

In the context of someone who suffers from a case of socially-incited depression, once he/she can take hold of a positive attitude, how can he/she prolong it in an effort to make it permanent?
This has been the problem with me. I just haven’t been feeling all too great about life over the past 5-6 years, to put it in a euphemistic way. But there are times when I get a positive attitude, and all of a sudden, for a few hours, I can emotionally empower myself…although I know that it is only a transient state. Because then all of a sudden, I’ll think of how bad my life is, how cruel and unforgiving the world can be, etc., and I’ll become depressed again. How can I prolong my rather ephemeral state of emotional happiness? Sometimes it’s just hard to figure out where it comes from! Thanks.

What are some good ways to stay organized once I go off to college?
OK sooo I am starting my sophomore year at Texas A&M and I need to be more organized than I was last year. Does anyone have any tips? Or tips on how to save money and make better grades? I think organization would help… and help be less stressed
