Yeah.. like the title says, is there anywhere I can find a free online session for anger management? I can’t afford to pay for anything right now, so it’d be nice if I could find something where I wouldn’t have to. I’ve browsed tips for anger management, but they’re not the same as being able to talk and interact with other people like me or who understand. Does anyone know of anything like that online? I feel like I’ll go insane soon if I don’t find a way to fix this.
