My boyfriend and I are always losing our belongings weather it be keys atm debit card, money, book pen we are always losing our stuff and no matter how organized i get i still lose my belongings…..could this be a big problem?

I’m a 15 year old male, that gets angry fast, and for everything. And people at school always say that I always have a pissed off look, and I really have a strong hatred against my bad because of the way he is with my mom and me, and I just hate him.

It makes sense that a person wouldn’t want to continue to work hard when they see people who are crooked & get away with things. If they work hard all the time & loose everything what can you tell them to get them to get back up & take care of themselves again. Set goals again. How can a mildly-extensively depressed person , who has been getting better mood wise , become Happy and stay in that state “for longer” , if he has absolutely no reference points , what so ever.
I mean most of the depressed people, ever since they can remember has been put in the middle of violent circumstances and abusive behaviors which caused them anxiety/depression/panic disorders etc.
What can he do to stay in a state of mental happiness after he survives depression ( and i mean without pills ) ?

I see some good qualities in my mother in law that I would like in myself. She is independent, strong willed, motivated and she knows how to stand up for herself and I think those are all important qualities to have, especially for women. My problem is that I give up too easily. So how do I set goals and stay self-motivated to be a better person? My hubby thinks I should read more motivational books and listen to motivation speeches.
