I am terribly bad at starting conversations. I am kind of shy person. Kind of nerdy.
I am comfortable in my own skin but want to work towards self improvement.
It’s important to have a good outgoing personality to be successful in many spheres.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

This is know as Behavioural Analysis. With this you can judge a lot about an individual by carefully observing her or him. Everything a person does, speaking, writing, socializing, activities, reflect of on the persons characteristics. If we can somehow get to know that we can get to at least guess a lot about the individual!
I can do this to quite a degree by observing someone, their ways, their eyes, expression, reactions etc.
So how to do this in a more scientific and organized way and how to achieve perfection?
I do not mean Perfection as in I know everything of the other person; that is sheer impossible what I do mean is how to be as accurate as possible!

I was wondering if it’s better to have a quiet/reserved demeanor that shows little emotions or one that’s outgoing and is always apparently happy.
I see that people who are quiet are generally respected more often than those who talk frequently. I think that quiet people get an extra element of mystery added onto them when they don’t say anything, it makes people want to more know about them?
So….
Which personality is better for attracting females?
Which personality is better for garnering respect?
Thanks in advance all.

by looking at everything in your personality that you dont like,
write them down in your mind,
and set a goal to work on how not to do it or change it.
say you tend to be sarcastic,a little too much
when youre in a situation when ur about to make a sarcastic remark, substitute it with another comment…
i know people hate sarcastic people
because at one point in time, for about a month i;d say something sarcastic at alot of people opinion or comments and had alot of unhappy people correct me on this,
now i never say sarcastic remarks
