I tend to procrastinate a lot, and I think it’s starting to somewhat affect my grades. Can anyone tell me some good time management techniques? I’ve also heard that procrastination is more common in pre-20 year olds, because the frontal lobe is not fully developed, and thus we find tasks such as time organizing harder then for an adult.

Do you have any personal tips for stopping this, things that trigger your motivation? Fancy stuff usually makes us procrastinate even more at the moment, like setting goals. That’s long term and it takes self discipline, what about quick and now?

I just started junior year and this year I would like straight A’s. Last year I got straight B’s but I kept procrastinating with my work and becoming lazy by not staying organized. Lately, I have been on a busy schedule and have not been able to sleep as much as I want or have not completed the tasks which I wanted to. How should I deal with this issue?
