I’ve been feeling really depressed, off and on and crying and all that good stuff, but it’s all really little things and I don’t know why I’m a high school freshman that is beating myself up so badly for having a 78 in my AP class, it seems like it shouldn’t bug me so much, and I don’t know really what my problem is, I guess I’m just overstressed and confused and whatnot, but please, I’d appreciate some suggestions on maybe stress management, or maybe someone helping me figure out what, if anything is wrong with me.

On of my friends has been smoking cigarettes for almost 2 years now. He says that he wants to quite but he doesn’t really have the motivation. Is there anything that i could do help get him to stop? I told him that i was going to start smoking until he stops (i was joking and wanting to see what he would do) and he freaked out on me. I really need some help here.
