Hey peeps. I am frustrated because I try to set goals and I can never achieve them. I think I am too lazy. I dont want to put in the hard work. Any tips??

If so, what do we base improvment on?
How can we really say things are better then before, and not just different?
One can always find negative and positive aspects to any situation.

I have tried to get a gym schedule going and start a routine at my gym so I can loose some weight but everytime I get going I feel like I slip right back into my old habits.
