I was thinking the ones other than smoking, drinking and or dieting. Perhaps on a more simplistic note, like small little areas of self improvement, job change and or steps toward leading a more meaningful life. An adjustment toward the pursuit of happiness.

I am turning over a new leaf after my dad died a few years ago. I am going to start working out everyday, meditating, journaling, goal-setting, working on relationships, etc. I am a very talented individual that has been slumbering for the past few years because of life happenings. How can I keep moving forward with my goals and not regress?
