I’m looking for examples of exactly what low self-esteem does to cause poor quality of life.. You can list several or give a brief explanation. I appreciate all answers.
It would be interesting to add if you have done anything lately to overcome your challenge here in the low self-esteem department.

It seems like what little self esteem I have left is easily shattered by the smallest things people do. How do I build it up and make sure it won’t go down if someone challenges me, humiliates me or the like?

I’m looking into the mirror and staring back at someone I can’t stand. It’s getting to an unhealthy point of low self-esteem. I never feel good enough.

I am on a trip to gain these 2 things and I’m determined to get them. but sometimes I do kind of think “is it that important?” It takes time and effort to gain self-confidence and self-esteem and sometimes I feel a bit lazy and am tempted to lapse back into my old, negative insecure self. Especially when smething bad happns. LIKE MY CRAP EXAM RESULTS TODAY.
I am looking for reassurance that self-esteem and confidence are worth working for. What benefits have they brought you? Has gaining them changed your life for the better?

hey- im a 15 yearsold guy and i would like some help in developing my self-confidence and esteem in making good friendships with the others guys in my grade. I am somewhat confident with the girls. But I want to be making many good relationships being confident and most importantly myself. I want more respect also- please help! thankyou!
