I’m not looking for one “correct” or standard answer to this question; I’m wondering what your own take or angle is on this.

I am improving my life & have allot of questions about how others did this. Would polls be the place to go. An example of a question would be: Do you excercise & meditate everyday? If so how much time do you spend on each? or another question might be about discipline tips in eating a balanced diet. I know I can ask that is diet but I am looking for how the person put their mind down to doing this…This question defaulting to the Yahoo Products sections is that the area I should go?

Your question made me laugh –
Like a government warning –
“Self improvement after 60 may damage your Mental health!”
So few people get on the path of self improvement but once bitten by the bug just go on and on because it is so interesting -I am 60 and have just come back from a two week intensive with a friend – we have been at it together for 21 years since meeting up n a counselling course and are still blowing our minds with discovering new stuff about ourselves. I find it my most interesting pastime, delving around in our heads and then putting the learning into practise.
