hi…i have sleep deprivation for 2 years..most times cant sleep at night…when i try 2 sleep unwanted thoughts like conversations when people talk ,thinking about other people too much and some songs are keep comming in my mind,and i cant even control one minitue in my mind..there fore i have pain in my head.i feel really tired and can not concentrate on my studies.As a result my eyes are tired and should ware glass..i went councellings and some stress management programmes but they don’t work. on the other hand i always think positivily and when i talk to my friends i really enjoy ,when i alone uncontrol thoughts will start comming.i don’t know why everything is coming like this.please answer my questins that would be very helpful to me
