God. I have 10 lbs to lose (for modeling) and it’s so fricking hard at this point.
I’m doing Atkins, which I’ve found controls my hunger. I walk 2 miles a day, but I’m pretty sedentary otherwise. Eating 1300 or less calories a day.
I need inspiration, motivation, eating tips, how long will it take if I restrict my carbs to under 20? THANK YOU!

index cards and was by 2 women who were personal organizers. It was a funny but serious book. Sorta’ written like Erma Bombeck yet gave useful information on getting organized and setting a schedule for keeping clutter down. One of the things was if you haven’t seen it in 6 months,, throw it out. I can’t remember the title, Do you Know it?

I thought the hawkish Repubs would be happy he’s sending more troops to Afghanistan. I am somewhat dubious of the benefits of this plan and would prefer they be pulled out.
But I thought the Repubs have supported this all along.
Yet I see from the questions that Repubs are unhappy about it… What gives?

Before anyone starts yelling at me, I’m not saying belief in a god or spirit or whatever is a way of control, just that when you go to an organized ceremony and you have certain rules people must follow all that is, is a way to control others. If you look back through history like the Middle Ages the church controlled much of the “civilized” world.

Deductions for health insurance consume so much of the average worker’s salary that they’ve basically eaten up our annual raises for the last several years in a row. Pretty soon they’re going to actually start driving our paychecks down!
I understand not supporting one specific bill or another, or having honest disagreements about proposed policies, but what kind of working person is happy that he gets to be “free” when that “freedom” means no more raises for the rest of his working career?
