I’m not interested in another how-to-get-organized manual or tips or another organizational plan describing “cool” storage options at retail stores. I would like a discussion on the thought processes which cause the problem and how to change them. If you have an opinion on the subject, that is welcome too. Thanks. :)

My problem started when I picked my major, hospitality management. At the time I wanted to be a GM in a hotel, but later I would find out that this industry is terrible. If I would be a GM, I would have to probably start at the front desk (for $8/ hr) and work there for ten years. Then I would probably become the manager of the front desk (salary in only the mid to high 20,000s) and then ten years after that I would finally get to a GM position. However, the problem with this position is that in every two years the majority of hotels are usually bought in sold and then the GM would be replaced. The first GM at my hotel was fired because of this and has actually worked at five different hotels in five different states, in as many years. Now I am having difficulty finding a job b/c the jobs I am applying to want degrees in other majors. I find myself ALWAYS thinking complaining and blaming my school b/c they didnt inform me of any of this. Does anyone know what i can do to help?

I just finish Russell Simmons book “Do You!” It was awsome. I was very inspired by it. I’ve also started reading “The Secret” Both books stresses the power of positive thinking and the mind being very powerful. I’ve trying to be positive and so far it’s going pretty well. I’m just afraid that it want last long. I guess that’s a negative thought I shouldn’t be thinking. =) I was looking for some advice on how to have long term positive thinking and having a positive attitude. I’m trying to recondition mind and the way I think. Any good tips?

I can think, speak and write quite well
but
the way i think is unorganised

1)What should i do to upgrade/organize my thoughts?
2)I’ve read that Aristotle thought Alexander the Great on organized thinking.Do you know any of his methods of tutoring Alexander?

I always feel insecure. My sense of insecurity drives me to constantly think how to improve myself. My brain is constantly thinking about this issue and doesn’t stop. It affects me a lot.
