well I know I got some issues with my attitude, am very serious and get mad really fast and I dont like to be around people much, am ingoing and kind of a loner to be honest, but I just want to change and be less aggressive or arrogant so I won’t make enemies, ALSO I am very extreme I either LOVE or HATE, I can’t pretend to love someone or fake my feelings, and I don’t buy people’s crap and I show it, and this ends up in me having lots of haters.
IF U WILL MAKE FUN PLEASE SKIP MY QUESTION.

There is no real set amount of time, but a shorter period of time is better. The motivational power of goals decreases drastically as the amount of time between now and the goal increases. I like to set weekly goals — any longer than that and I lose motivation.
