I saw one of those drama shows on Spanish speaking tv, like “Lo que callamos las mujeres” about a little girl that went without eating for like a week and was diagnosed anorexic. What I can’t wrap my mind around is how much does someone who suffers from anorexia want to weigh? Do they even have an ideal weight in mind? Do these people not set goals or something?

Ok so it’s funally summer, and today is my first day of summer break! I REALLY want to loose weight this summer! I am overweight and I want to loose weight real bad. What can I do for motivation to loose it? I own a treadmill and an ab lounge, and a exercise bike. How much time do you reccomend on these a day?

I’ve been overweight my whole adult life to some degree or another, so now that I’m dieting and exercising, how do I know what my goal is? I don’t know what I look like weighing 140, 150 or whatever. I don’t know what I look like as a size 10 or 12. And furthermore I don’t know if I would be willing to do what it takes to maintain the lifestyle of me in size 10.

I am pretty knowlegable when it comes to fitness, but I have a question about set and rep combos when it comes to certain goals.
Assuming that my main goal is fat loss, what combo of sets and reps doI need to do over the next 6 months if I want to lose 50-60 Lbs and put on maybe 5-10 Lbs of muscle?
