I cant see anything helping me, i have screwed up my life and in the process killed the real me, i lived overseas and have now returned and i no longer feel at home here, but my home overseas no longer exists, i have a friend living up north adn could move there but that is not going to help me, i cant get any good jobs here that i will enjoy, i have no friends and no boyfriend and no matter whre i go now or what i do i dont feel it is going to help me as i have turned into this horrible selfish person and screwed any friendships i did have, if i move somewhre else i will be alone which would normally be fine if you were moving for a job or something or if you really wanted ot move nothing can fix the past and therefore anything i do now is not going ot make me happy, i am doomed, i am on anti depressants and seeinga counsellor but no one understands as i am the only one who has lived my life, and has now stuffed it up, i have no idea what to do now?

Optimism.
Consciously *choosing* to focus on the positive, and find the good in even the most negative of scenarios we find ourselves in.
Believing something good will come.
*Choosing* happiness in our lives.
Doing the best we can to work through negative feelings and resolve them where we can, or to accept the ones we can’t change even after giving our best efforts.
Positivity is a choice, and it’s a good choice to make because we’re able to continually maintain it long-term. Positivity manifests if we allow it and work toward it =o)

Simply put, it’s sheer frustration. Imagine magma building up within a volcano base — layer upon hot layer. Steaming inside; burning within; rising to the top and bursting out in fiery explosions.
Anger is a lot like that. All those emotions we keep bottled up inside over days & years. They damage us from within like corrosive acid. It needs a vent, a rant, a punching bag to get it all out.
Face it! Deal with it. At the root of anger is frustration with oneself — be it circumstances, relationships, how bad your day was, or simply a sense of dissatisfaction with life.
Don’t get sucked into that spiral like a lot of people do. Don’t become a victiom of your own anger. Take a deep breath. Relax, re-think and rejuvenate. There’s always a way out.
