I just started a real detailed medical reviewer’s job for motor vehicle department and there’s alot of files, reports and notes that i have to keep track of. so i need to be very careful, and organized so nothing gets misplaced or lost as well as trying to save space.

I just recently started to exercise because of the freshman 15 I gained but I have no motivation what so ever. Now-a-days, I exercise sporadically, ranging from once a week to three times a week. I just don’t feel like exercising and I don’t like exercising. What can I do to feel less apathetic and lethargic and more energized?

the scene where Jack Nicholson asks Adam Sandler “Who are you?” and there are other people on the floor hugging a pillow and beating the floor in anger, etc.
is this a very often scene in therapy for people?
people who have built up anger from their childhood, etc?
are they returned back to a more child like frame of thinking?
please explain why and how this is helping these people?
and again how frequent is this type of scenario?
