The Definition of Stress - Knowing Can Be a Life-Saver
When you truly understand what stress is, all the different types, the events that typically trigger it, the mental and physical reactions, when it's beneficial and when it becomes deadly, then you can manage it. This knowledge and understanding can literally save your life. There's no reason to let stress control you, your health, or your happiness.
