TIME MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATION skills?

I’m so stressed. I don’t get sleep. i’m in a hard school. i have a 65 in all my subjects. please. i’m begging for any suggestions. i need guidance and i’m desperate. Please help me. it’s just so hard for me to do so many things. i don’t focus. if i do i spend too much time on it. help.

Make out a projected schedule for your ENTIRE week broken into 1/2 hour blocks. Make another schedule of what you ACTUALLY did for that week. Identify where the time is going. Now make a new realistic schedule a week in advance and STICK to it.

First of all you need to see a doctor about not sleeping and stress. There could be another reason that you can’t focus. Then, you need to make a daily list and prioritize your time. If you make a list of all you need to do, then prioritize it and block out the time, you will feel less stressed. Once you have finished an item on the list, cross it off. It makes you feel so much better.

You need to PRIORITIZE. What is the most important thing that needs to be done first? Make lists of what needs to be done and rate them by how important they are and when they need to be done by. Then, start working your way down that list. Before you know it, you will be causght up. good luck with all of it. :)

I know how you feel. But if your serious about what your doing and what your studying you MUST prioritize. always go with the first answer if you spend too much time on it you will stress and get confused about it.
Feel confident about what you have done and move on.
