Ways To Keep Organized When Planning An Event?
I’m planning an upcoming club night. it’s the first time ive done this and there are a lot of things to keep organized and people i need to keep track of. is there any computer software that may help with this? or some techniques u know of that might help?

The best thing to do is seperate people in to groups of focus, bartnders, servers, doormen, etc. You should keep them in groups of ten so if you only have a couple of bartenders and a few servers then put them together as Service People.
Then find the most experienced person in each group, pay them an extra dollar or two per hour and make them the team leader, this will keep everyoen from coming to you for every little problem.
Sounds like project management to me you can find some info about that by googling it.
You might be able to also find some event coordinating templates online.
