Oh Very Much So!! I have lived in the south for over 50 years. In the 1960′s the media would check into hotels and assemble camera crews and bus in marchers. We were new to TV in those days and I remember watching national news about my town all negative. It is how John Kennedy carried the southern states. Just like with Obama whites never did want bad to come to blacks. We have been Christians longer than we have been racist as labeled by the media. We didn’t see Martin Luther King as civil rights leader, he was just a troublemaker. Everywhere they staged a media event the black community became very hostile towards the whites. Believe it or not, blacks and whites used to get along pretty good but you would never know that by the history books or by the media. Prior to TV there was a plural America where blacks lived in their area and whites in theirs. Whites didn’t hate blacks and I was taught as a little boy that God’s way was to respect everyone. In the black community they had their leaders and pretty much their law. Not to say a murderer wouldn’t be subject to the white law but on most other issues blacks dealt with blacks. If a thief was in the black community then the black leaders would ask the sheriff to help them capture them but it was the black responsibility to report black problems to the sheriff. Otherwise, we lived separate lives and all seemed to be happy with that. To this day I don’t feel like black people like living with whites and I know many whites who don’t like living with balcks. I think it is natural for people to want to live amongst their own kind.

Trying to equate nazi storm trooper tactics of suppressing the speech of anyone you disagree with and the civil rights movement shows where you stand on both issues. The big money was against civil rights. This time the big money is against health care for real Americans like you. If you haven’t lost your pitifully ineffective health insurance yet, you will.
