Well, that really depends on your age, weight, gender, athletic abilities, existing health conditions, allergies, etc…
Eat healthy
Work out with weights 3 times a week
Cardio three times a week.
Drink at least six glasses of water a day.
Specify what you want and who you are and we’ll be able to help you more.
