anger management is stupid because it STILL validates anger.
anger is COMPLETEY imaginary. Emotions like joy, surprise, contentment, those are already in us. But anger, we LEARN from the adults around us. It’s completely useless. Anger doesn’t acquaint us with anything new. It doesn’t let us see the real world. It’s all nonsense. And if you are very VERY honest with yourself, you may notice that you give yourself permission to be angry.
anger keeps you from observing yourself. it keeps you from REMEMBERING yourself. it KEEPS YOU ASLEEP.
Prepare against anger in advance. When you’re not in that mindset. You may fail to rise above it 4 times, 5 times, 10 times…but one of those times, you will remember yourself in time and LITERALLY not get angry. It will be an odd feeling. You will feel yourself almost in two parts.

Walk away from the source of anger for a second.
Ask yourself why it is angering you.
Find something that helps you in the moment, especially if its a bad time to react over it. If your mad at a person, walk away. If your mad at a cause then act civil. It depends on what the case is.
Change your diet.
Do more exersize to relieve stress. maybe boxing or kick boxing or something super “aggressive” to release built up tension.
OR do something relaxing. Take up yoga or meditation so you feel calm during a fit of anger.
