What Are Some Good Techniques To Stay Happy, Positive, And Extatic Throughout The Day When Your At Work?
I just seem to get bored and unhappy cause its the same old same old.. ya know? Is there something I can think about or keep my mind on something to enjoy life and be happy 24/7? I get happy, positve and extatic and i enjoy life but I want to be able to do it 24/7. Just let me know what you guys do to help you achieve that goal? thanks.

For example if a brick falls on your toes just think “at least it didn’t break a bone.” Happiness is a way of looking at things. Your point of view will change your mood.
