well create a schedule in your mind. If it helps, right it down. Get an alarm to wake you up in the morning. Write down and remember your appointments. Its always good to have a calendar of some sort. Make priorities. What is the most important thing? Do that first, them the next most important. Good Luck…

sometimes its overwhelming to do a lot of things at once, so just set small goals and go step by step. promise yourself to do one small thing every day. once you’ve done this for a good amount of time then move onto something else. but this doesn’t have to do with organization so much as procrastination, which is a natural defense mechanism. i actually have this problem, i never can be on time for things unless i really really want to.

1) Declutter your house or apartment.
2) Clean out your closets.
3) Get rid of everything you don’t need or want.
4) Get on an exercise program.
5) Tell yourself you are going to start eating healthier.
6) Make lists. List for the store, list of chores, list of things you want to buy, list of errands.
7) Follow the lists and cross off as you do each item. 8) Stay on task.
