What Are Some Of The Best Ways You Have Found To Increase Your Self Esteem?
I don’t mean to imply that I have low self esteem, more or less good. I am always interested in learning more about how to improve my self image and self esteem and most importantly applying it to my life. For example lately one thing that has helped me and that I enjoy is eating well and weightlifting 3X and cardio 3X a week at Gold’s Gym. My wife hopefully approves of that as well. =)

You have it right. One of the best ways to improve your self-esteem is to take care of your self, physically and emotionally. You are already exercising but you should also make sure you’re eating well–plenty of high quality protein, water and green vegetables.
I have found that I am really good at rock climbing. Before I found this fact, I was very depressed. Now, however, I am very proud of my gift. It makes me feel good inside.
Work out, and don’t ever take yourself to seriously!
Be pleasant to people, even strangers, you should never be short with someone. try smiling more frequently.
