Self-esteem is a very important part of your everday life, it can affect your choices and outlook on lofe in general. Having low self-esteem can be very hard on people causing them to not do activities they would normally do or just not talk to people. Rasing self-esteem can really depend on what is lowering your self-esteem. Main things that can help with them all can be doing productive activites you can feel good about, say your self concious of your your body.. you can start a workout session and grow progressively into the activity until it beacomes a habit and you start doing it more and more. You could make a goal to run a short distance and back everyday and progressively add more and more distance. Mainly you want to always know who you are by heart. No one can truely tell you who you are beacuse no one knows everything that is your life. Your life is your own and knowing who you are and building on that is what not only makes your self-esteem higher but makes you feel better in the long run. High self-esteem is like a support, like a addrenalin rush. It will give you the confidence to push yourself to the limit. Life is a series of choices and effects. Remember that its your life and yourself, and all great things take effort to acheive but are always ALWAYS! worth it.
