What Are Some Ways That I Can Build My Self Esteem ?
most of the time I feel insecure about myself, im in a relationship that is healthy but has its normal downs, I would like to feel more healthier, i’m in great shape and i run occassionally, and workout, i would like to build my self esteem and have more of a positive vibe for myself. i dont feel very attractive and good looking, im told all the time by strangers and family and boyfriend, but somehow i dont feel it. Help….Advice.

write down a list of 30 things that you love about yourself….and then ask OTHEr people what they like about you. Read yourself the list everyday and tell yourself you are beautiful on the outside as well on the inside.
talk to some one about your problems and then they will be there for you if your ever feeling low or upset. but i think its just in your head you sound really nice and anyway aslong as you have a good personality then thats what counts

self esteem is overrated, try making fun of puppies that cheers me up
Get the focus off of yourself. Look around and find someone else who needs help… Volunteer…
Take a drive to the poor parts of town… Go to a community kitchen…
See some people missing arms or legs or have facial deformities. You’ll feel better, I promise!
First, running and exercising probably wont help with a self esteem problem.
Second, if youre not going to believe family, friends, and your boyfried who are you going to believe?
Finally, from what I can read in your question, and I hope im wrong, your closer to being vain then having a self esteem problem if your only problem is how you look.

Truely, get a hammer, nails and some wood. Build a bird feeder and fill it with seed and hang it up. Get a chair and watch the birds. You’ll like yourself for it.
try a change in the way you dress,hair colour and if you have a b/f like you said their can’t be much wrong wiith you, try finding out what is causing your low self esteem,it maybe something from the past.
