How to identify your anger. They teach you to ID what makes you angry, and what are the signs that you are getting angry. They teach you that anger is a secondary emotion and they teach you to search within yourself to discover why you are angry in the first place. After this they show you ways that you can calm down when you are getting angry like taking a time out. They basically just teach about anger and how to deal with it in various ways and then expect you to figure out what works for you. They just provide the tools but you gotta do the work.
The only real way to do this is to look at anger management training, as this shows the general principles that people will use in the courses, whereas every course will be modified in it owns way: http://www.ehow.com/about_4781743_anger-…http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/anger-manag…
