What Do Hamsters Need To Be Happy And Healthy?
i was just wondering what do hamsters need to be happy and healthy and live their lives to the fullest? how much space do they need? what how much to they like to be played with? any special care needed for a hairless? what about a hairless Syrian? any suggestions or notes? thanks for reading and helping!

Just kidding, thought I’d share that… lol
They need a pretty big cage (no such thing as too big…), NOT a glass one as they are stuffy and cause health problems, preferably one with out wired bottoms (feet get caught in them)
an exercise wheel
LOTS of chew toys
a GOOD diet
A nest box (for privacy)
a clean cage and clean water
the more time you spend the better (give em time to sleep of course)
Hamsters need to be handled for 15 mins a day. They need a medium sized cage and a small water bottle so you change the water frequently. They will need a wheel (get the silent wheel way essayer for you to sleep!). A little hamster igloo, a few hamster toys. Hamster food and filtered water. Hamsters will also need a hamster ball. Make sure your new friend has a safe place to sleep away from other hamsters and animals.
