Anger management is more about learning how to diffuse anger, deal with various situations, change perspective and adjust attitudes.
It works if and only if you are serious about changing your mindset and I don’t mean that in a corny, wishy washy self help way, I mean it as a very serious adjustment to a major psychological flaw.

I believe it is a very valid thing to learn.
Getting angry means the brain is usually not in the loop at all. You can easily do something stupid or calamitous under those circumstances. Anger management means bringing the brain back into the picture. I’ve never been to a class before, but I suspect it’s more about how to manage your reaction to anger. Instead of pounding someones face in, you count to ten, or something like that. I don’t think it’s about locking your anger up in a little space in your head, so much as it is finding constructive ways to express your dissatisfaction with a given situation.
I personally dont have an anger problemo but some people do. Dealing with it depends upon what u are dealing with! and solving it is just a matter of thinking how something might have gone if u did actually do somethin u might regret. or you could just try counting really fast. u never really know whatever floats ur boat!
