leadership means to me as someone that has the strength and knowledge to represent a very responsible self worth and can relate to one another as not being the person higher level as you
its important to set goals for yourself to help you succeed in life little at a time.
it helps you practice on your skillz to be a leader! ;D
it also helps you learn new ways to do things and sharpen your mind while you try to achieve that one special goal
it is important to be a leader so you can stand up for yourself and know whats right for everyone and not thinking of yourself
Leadership can also mean to have the potential to do things for others and have self value and worth
