What Is A Good Set And Rep Combination For Weight Lifting?
I am pretty knowlegable when it comes to fitness, but I have a question about set and rep combos when it comes to certain goals.
Assuming that my main goal is fat loss, what combo of sets and reps doI need to do over the next 6 months if I want to lose 50-60 Lbs and put on maybe 5-10 Lbs of muscle?

Maby it depends on were your fat is mostly being built up.. try working out those sets.
