Hey for bulking up you need to do HIGH WEIGHT and LOW REPS okay? You need to eat healthy also, no McDonalds. And also make sure you do cardio, running just a mile a day will work for your needs or i noticed you swim so make sure you do a lot of it. You can try creatine and could help just make sure you take it after swimming because it can give you cramps.
You should also do other exercises than bench press and make sure you have a regular routine that you do every other day. Do pull ups to help work traps and back muscles and this will make you look bigger also.
Hey, I tested this brand new supplement from http://vinent.freehealthlive.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is flush out your pipes, there will be as much as twenty lbs in there, and no degree of dieting and working out is about to obliterate it. Give it a try out – I did, and shed 17 lbs LOL!!!
You should probably start by benching more than that. I can curl what you bench. You should find the heaviest weight you can lift than to like sets of 8-10 of increasing and decreasing weight,
Bulking up means high weight low reps. Keep your reps between 5 and 8, doing as much weight as you can.
