Attitude is what determines if you have a good life or not.
If you don’t like learning, then you won’t like working, then you have pretty much covered half your life.
You can take two different people, one can get a high grade in the class and be like “whatever, I hate school.”, Whereas you can have another who is pumped up and excited to learn, yet still gets a lower grade (note: still passes) ; if you ask which one is happier in their job ten years later, who is going to be?
The one who doesn’t want to work, or even be their, or the one who tries and wants to be there.
Attitude can affect your friendships, your job, your schoolwork, pretty much your entire life.
If school were a bit more fair, then they would put some value in working hard and having a good attitude, and a little less on getting the right answers.
Attitude is choice, a decision, and a path to ones destiny.
I think its pretty cool that they are grading you solely on attitude, though you may not like to hear that, and if you have the opportunity, then seize it.
If you don’t like training class, try taking a different perspective.
Look at it as a opportunity to compete, rather than a class, maybe its a way to stay fit (if you are out of shape), maybe it is a time to relax from doing book and paperwork and move around, maybe it is a time to observe different surroundings.
Dude, this class should be easy, and if you’re REALLY struggling with having a good attitude, then just act, you’d be surprised you could even fool yourself. Who knows?
