Every time you face a stressful situation, try counting to 10, breath deep, it may helps.

Depending on how committed you are in resolving your capacity to flare, you might try enrolling in an actual anger management program. I believe that there are as little as 20 hour classes available. Other than that, the self help section of any book store should offer assistance. Good luck!

Consoling is usally the best way. The first thing I would recommend is realize that it is not other people making you mad but you choose to get mad. Also take up a hobby that alows you to focus that anger into something positive. Example I like to do archery and Race my mustang. Also think of taking up boxing. I here marshal arts are good because it teaches you self control.
