Sorta’ written like Erma Bombeck yet gave useful information on getting organized and setting a schedule for keeping clutter down. One of the things was if you haven’t seen it in 6 months,, throw it out. I can’t remember the title, Do you Know it?

I think the book you are looking for is called Sidetracked Home Executives. They also have a website – http://www.shesintouch.com.
You might also want to check out this website. http://www.flylady.net they have a similar system but instead of index cards they have a “control journal” where you set out your “routines”.
Are you talking about Filofax?
