JUST SOME ?LADY? @ 6:05 am #

I just always try to look at the ‘big picture’ of things. That it isn’t all about me.

Ummm….thats a good question. I think that motivation is dependent on the activity. With work its obviously financial gain, and physical exercise is the idea of being healthy and feel good. So it depends

This is an interesting question for me. You mention hard times, I probably have harder times than most. I have a digestive disorder that only allows me to eat strained baby fruit. I also have something called Eagle’s Syndrome that so far, has no cure.I have pain from it so bad there are times I just want to take a gun and blow away the side of my face that hurts so bad since they have no meds I can take for the pain. I have Essential tremors, that means I wake up shaking every morning and if I forget to take my meds I shake for hours and I have to remember them in the afternoon and evening as well or shake so bad I can’t get a glass of water to my mouth to drink without spilling it, it is like having Parkinson’s Disease. I have PTSD and was misdiagnosed as having depression for 20+ years and I have Fibromyalgia. I had surgery for Osteomylitis (infection in the jawbone) which after they cut open my jaw and sliced off a slice of the bone they found out I did not have Osteomylitis and again, no pain meds because I am allergic to everything. Now I have diseases of the sinuses. I haven’t been able to smell a thing for 11 months and that Dr wants to do surgery. I am supposed to have surgery so I can eat again sometime this month IF I get FDA approval for the surgery and last but by no means least now the Dr has found something wrong with my heart and I have to see a Cardiologist. So how do I cope, what keeps me going? I’m really not completely sure. I know I want to see my grandkids grow up and I am proud to be a published poet, about to have my next one out in the spring of 2009, but I think God keeps me going. With all my illnesses I have never given up and I try to see the good in things. I try to keep my mind off how bad I feel and on how much worse it could be.
