It’s more-so motivation, dedication and the ability to think outside the box.

You can get a great education at a state college, depending on the school and the subject. An Ivy League education may help you get jobs, but after that, it’s more about how well you do the job. Some Ivy Leaguers have a tendency to think certain tasks are beneath them. Or they are used to everything being easy and can’t face the real challenges of the work world.

I’d say an excellent education is a necessary backround, but no one is going to hire you or want to manage something you don’t have a drive or passion for the subject
